This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from the choir and is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

All sales are final. The choir does not offer refunds for CDs, tickets, or digital downloads, except where required by applicable law.

Physical CDs

CDs are non-refundable once purchased.

Defective CDs may be exchanged for the same title only.

To qualify for an exchange, the purchaser must return the complete original CD, including all original packaging.

Replacement CDs will be sent only after the defective CD has been received and verified.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Tickets

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including in cases of non-attendance, except where required under Ontario law.

Digital Downloads

All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
