The Hosanna Choir was organized in 1983 when a group of dedicated singers assembled to begin this ministry.
Over the years, the Lord has graciously blessed the choir as it spreads His Word through song by way of concerts and recordings.
The recordings, having found their way into many homes, are also regularly used on radio broadcasts. Through the Lord’s abiding faithfulness,
the choir has become an increasing household name in the Reformed community and beyond. Although the choir is under the auspices of
the Dundas Free Reformed Church, members come from various Reformed church backgrounds. As the Choir continues to glorify God in song,
it is with the hope that the songs and hymns will bring to heart of each listener, the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ, for “in His love we have victory,
in His sacrifice we have hope again”.
The aim of the choir is to glorify the Lord by way of bringing His word to others in song, with the desire that He will use this
means to strengthen and encourage His people, as well as to the extension of His kingdom. The choir seeks to do this by way of
concerts in various localities, as well as audio recordings that are used for individual use and radio broadcasts.
